Chia seeds are helpful for fiber and keeping you full for a long time. Add two teaspoons of chia seeds. Next, add a few cubes of mangos or pineapples. You can add any other fruit that you really enjoy. Blend the mixture and enjoy it as a meal replacement smoothie. The nutrients are enough to revitalize the body to stay energized.

Many people walk around and they’re severely dehyrdated. To make matters worse, they don’t realize it. Since they’re used to living in this state, they make the mistake of believing that it’s just that they’re hungry or need rest. If you’re unsure about how much water you need on a daily basis, there’s a formula to follow. Take your body weight and cut it in half. That number is the number of ounces you need to drink every single day. If you weight 200 pounds, you need to drink 100 ounces of water every day. When the body is hydrated, it’s more likely to feel energized and alert.
